Castle District
Set aside today to spend the whole day in the Castle district. Roasting hot day, so we were always searching out somewhere cool to walk.
So: after the obligatory views we popped into the cool Matyas Church. Even more colourful on the inside as it is on the out.
After waddling around the medieval sector, which seemed to have very little in the way of medieval scenery, we slumped into the coolness of a Jamie Oliver restaurant (of all things!!!)
And for the final evening of Helen & Johns stay we hit the Jewish sector again, had to show them Ruin bar. We were balancing very precariously on high rickety stools - obviously not designed for the over 60’s.
